Well, Princess Camp 2008 has come to a close. Last Friday was my last day of camp and this past Tuesday was my first full day back at Peapods in weeks. I must admit that I missed Peapods. The constant flow of ever changing faces coming through the door and the daily arrival of fall inventory gets me so excited I can hardly contain myself.
I'm a sweater, jeans, boots, coat, and accessory junkie, so fall is my favorite time of year. I'm also looking forward to prepping the cottage for fall colors. I'm getting ready to install many more white lights throughout the cottage and I've ordered capes to match our gowns.
Also, due to many requests I plan on having camp again during the winter Christmas break. I'll announce the details in the near future. My summer campers will receive the information with their princess portrait taken during camp.
To all my campers who participated this summer, I will miss you. Some of you were hilarious and made me laugh every single day. Some were shy and every once in a while would smile and say "I love this camp Mrs. Whitney" and some of you had your very first summer camp experience at Teacup Cottage and left walking tall like "big girls".
Thank you to each and every one of you princesses, fairy dreamers, and Hannah Montana fans. See you soon and don't forget to always believe in the beauty of fairy tales. Also....keep checking on those fairy doors you made. You just might catch a glimpse of your very own fairy!:)
