So far I have had 2 weeks of princess camp and both weeks have been awesome. All my campers had a blast being little royals for an entire week. The neat thing is we incorporate various activities into our daily plans so that all campers participate in a variety of group activities and crafts. This keeps them busy and looking forward to the next day.

On another note, I've had a few people ask me about the progress of my plans regarding the exterior of Teacup Cottage. Well...I have great news! I found out yesterday painting will begin today! I was so happy to hear the news, as the exterior of the cottage has been bothersome to me. I can hardly wait for Christmas so I can decorate with lights everywhere. If anyone comes across pink lights, CALL ME PLEASE. Although my neighbors may not appreciate the pink lights hanging from the trees, little girls everywhere will rejoice at the fact that even Christmas at Teacup Cottage is princess pink!
Lastly, the other day I was out and about with my mother when the owner of Salisbury Dance Studio approached me after seeing Teacup Cottage on the back of my van. She mentioned plans of having Teacup Cottage assist in hosting her events held at the dance studio. I thought that would be a wonderful venture for us! She also stopped by the cottage to take a look around and mentioned how I have an eye for attention to detail. That is what the cottage is about. Details.....here and there and everywhere.
If you look around our cottage there are little details in every corner. Butterflies, flowers, crowns, mirrors, and now I'm happy to say, the exterior will have details:) I'll post a picture as soon as the painting has been completed.
